About Us
Who are Mortal Media UK?
Mortal Media UK is a media franchise / event organisational company born from High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
Started by Daniel Weathers in 2015 as Mortal Metal Music running heavy music gigs and the first ever Mortal Metal Festival in 2017, Mortal Media has worked with hundreds of bands over the last almost decade. They company has expanded to running events all over the UK and looking into 2026 we are expanding our team to bring on the ability of more gigs around the UK but also towards becoming a publication, talking to bands and helping them reach a bigger audience.

Daniel Weathers
Director
Dan has a heavy passion and desire to help expand the support network for up and coming artists all around the UK. The up and coming industry is incredibly hard to break through from leading him to try and do his part in helping bands find new fans and break through
Sam Jacobs
Team Member - Event organisation, Interviewer/reviewer
Sam found his love for heavy music in his teens leading him to get involved with the local scene, through finding so much talent that seems unheard and watching the scene in High Wycombe slowly die he decided to look into stepping up to join the Mortal Media team to ensure shows are still happening and live music lives on
Michael Jolley
Interviewer/reviewer
Michael Jolley got involved in the music scene in London at a very young age, he threw his interest in media into the mix by creating vlogs and building a YouTube and social platform. In 2023 he went to over 100 gigs and vlogged all of them which was insane. We feel extremely privalidged to have him on our team
